On September 5-7, 2016 our Vilnius office hosted a seminar on Yiddish culture for 33 museum guides of the Jerusalem International Institute for Holocaust Research Yad Vashem and members of the "Madrihey Polin" (Poland Guides) association.
On September 8, 2016, in our Vilnius office the academical director of the Yiddish Center at the World Jewish Congress, Dr. Mordehay Yushkovsky, delivered a lecture "What Yiddish has to say in the XXI century" to 43 IDF officers
In July 14 – 16, 2016, a seminar "Pearls of Yiddish culture" for 18 teachers and general public from Israel took place in Vilnius. It was organized by WJC in cooperation with Rimon tours travel agency, with which we cooperate for the 2nd year running.
135 youngsters from the Russian cities of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Saratov and Penza, aged from 18 till 27, took part in the Yiddish seminar on June 26, 2016.
